The selection of the candidates will be based on the candidate’s performance in Computer based test (CBT) and Descriptive paper. SSC conducts the MTS exam in two phases; Tier I - Computer based test and Tier II - Descriptive paper. Candidates who have selected in the First phase (TIER – I) will be shortlisted for the second phase of the exam. Candidates clearing these two phases of exam will get selected for general central service group ‘C’ non – gazetted posts.
